The Misty Mountain cabin is managed by Calliday Vacation Rentals. The cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort, which offers a gated community pool with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs during summer. Please note: the pool is closed in winter (from one week after Labor Day until one week before Memorial Day).

You’ll have full access to everything the cabin offers, including the game room, hot tub, and two spacious decks. Self-check-in is easy with keyless entry, and for peace of mind, the home is equipped with a front door security camera.

We want your stay at The Misty Mountain to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our key policies:
• Maximum Guests: 8
• Renter Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required (emailed after booking)
• Security Deposit: $300, just a holding deposit, will not charge on the card and be released after checkout
• Parties & Events: Not permitted Outdoor camera at entrance for safety
• Please keep doors & windows closed to avoid wildlife entering
• The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about.
• Parking is secure and available for up to two cars.

Fantastic Rental!

I can’t say enough great things about this cabin! Great communication with host, clean, comfy, quiet, centrally located, no crazy vertical roads needed to access it. Beds were very comfortable, views were pretty. Saw lots of wildlife including a mama bear with 3 cubs! Would definitely recommend!

Great Cabin

We loved our stay at The Misty Mountain. The cabin was the perfect amount of space for my family of five. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped for our week. The location was perfect, a few minutes into the center of town and lovely mountain views from the deck. Highly recommend.

The cabin was just as described! The area is very peaceful, but conveniently located to get to Gaitlinburg and the Park. Roads are pretty steep in the area, but that is to be expected for the area. We loved our stay!!

Christmas Dream

Spent 5 days here for Christmas. Amazing view, so close to gaitlinburg, easy drive to pigeon forge, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a busy day. Communication was always prompt and it was easy to find and everything was as listed.

Excellent Cabin, Great Location

My family of 4 enjoyed the Misty Mountain Cabin greatly. We were very comfortable and the cabin was honestly better than I expected. Very clean, great location, just far enough away from the hustle of Gatlinburg but only a short trip to get there, and overall great experience for my wife and I along with out 10 & 8 yrs. old kids. Will stay again next time we are in town.

I love getting up early to drink coffee in the rocking chairs and saw two black bears on two different mornings walking down the cove…. This made my trip! How exciting!!! My kids loved the playroom. Beds slept great with lots of pillows. Perfect home for our family!!!

Excellent property!

Clean cabin that had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked. Hot tub was fun. The teenagers enjoyed the pool table and game. Absolutely stunning location. The roads were icy our first night there, so you do have to be careful on the drive up to the cabin.

Gorgeous secluded mountain cabin

Loved this cabin - we didn't want to leave! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the Smokey Mountains. The cabin is tucked away and quiet. The beds were super cozy. My teens enjoyed having a separate area to sleep and play games. Kitchen was sufficient for family dinners. Location is also close to restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Great stay except for barking dogs

We had a great stay at the cabin. We had great response from customer service regarding the lack of chemicals in the spa when we arrived. They were able to add some bleach and were also so helpful in helping us find things to do since the pool was closed in the off-season. The only downside was what sounded like a pack of 10 dogs barking ferociously throughout the entire evening and overnight which made it very difficult to enjoy the deck.

The Waffle Making Family

The place was just enough space for me and my family of 6 The day before arrival I inquired if a waffle maker was included in the host responding to my email said no but was possibly in the future. We make waffles once a week and did not want to bring anything else from home but we decided to have pancakes. The day after arrival there waiting at the front door was a new waffle maker which says that the host really listen and wants us to enjoy our time there.. that made all the difference.. Thank you
