My husband I just recently stayed at Havana Cabana. We absolutely loved it. The property was very clean and the staff was impeccable. My negatives about this place was the fact that they have signs pointing to a fitness center. However, there is not a fitness center. Gratefully this hotel is right across the street from the water so I was able to get jog along the water. Another downfall is, when booking through Expedia it advertises as if the hotel is adults only. That is not the case at all. Overall we enjoyed our time here and will greatly stay again.

They offered a shuttle from the airport to the hotel on their site. They forgot us 3 times. On the third time I was on hold with them for 11 minutes until hubby used his phone. They never clicked back over. When the guy came, he said he had no knowledge.. we were outside for over an hour. We get to the hotel, which was completely empty except for the male personal at the desk texting. The connecting buildings look nothing like the lobby which changed immediately into motel rooms. we decided to go to the pool bar. They didn’t believe we stayed there. I had my wristband key card on. The bartender was rude. He kept ignoring me. The bar was empty. My hubby spoke up and was immediately served. They didn’t clean the pool once. I was there each day when opened and closed debris piled up. When you order breakfast, it’s served on a metal prison tray without dividers, No lining. Customer service sucks. When we left we were refused a shuttle and was told to wait for next guy. We were told 15 mins which turned into an hour. The shirtless run every 15-30 mins. Since our visit I have been calling and emailing for a receipt of our stay and I’ve gotten no response back. Iv tried through the hotel directly and through Expedia.

We chose this hotel based on the photos, which showed updated, clean rooms and a beautiful pool area. However, our experience didn’t match the pictures. The rooms were outdated, the floors were coming up, and there was a persistent wet smell. We might have just had bad luck or ended up in an older part of the hotel. A friend of ours even saw roaches in her room 😩. On the positive side, the hotel has a great ambiance, the pool area is fantastic, and they offer enjoyable music and activities. It’s okay for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.

The property is average. While the room was clean, I expected more for what they charge. Had I seen the property prior to booking I would have chosen something more upscale. The food was totally overpriced and not tasty. It was very convenient getting out & about.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hitel itself was like being transformed back in time but, in a good way. Shout out to the front desk guy Chris. He makes you feel so comfortable as if you and him are best friends. Great guy.

There was food and stores within walking distance which was nice. I wasnt very impressed with the guy that checked us in amd the smell in the room. I was also upset that the room i paid extra for to have an ocean view was obtructed by the cars in the entrance and was across a busy street. I was on the first floor and the "balcony" was barely big enough for a chair and the door to open. The beds are super hard.

We had an Amazing Stay @ Havana Cabana! The staff went above and beyond making our stay pleasurable. I did purchase a tank top for $37 but was told later by the staff he liked my old shirt and thought I was a return customer because of the old stock shirt…. Discounted price I would have still purchased it but, I found that to be a little misleading.

Food was fantastic on resort, and the drinks were pretty good. Sometimes a long wait at the bar but it is island time after all. The shuttle downtown was super convenient! Would go back for sure

I had multiple broken lights in room, no freezer in fridge, the facility doesn’t have an ice machine, and pool bathroom was out of order our entire trip, and there was only one shuttle. Besides that, great food, beautiful pool area, pool staff were amazing.
