"My friends and I had the BEST time! The location and views were beautiful. The area is peaceful and quiet and very easy to access. The lodge was so clean and gorgeous. The host was so responsive to my needs and gave very clear instructions about what to do! The check in process was super easy! The main town is very close and mountain resorts were a 15 min drive! I will definitely be coming back here to stay :)"

"Rented the home so my family could visit my sister and brother in law. House is in a great location, just off of route 16 in Bartlett. House was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. "We were very happy with our stay. The house was perfect for us and the location could not have been better. It is located a short drive to North Conway which is what we wanted. There are many breweries and restaurants within a very easy drive. The only issue we were not thrilled with is you have to bring your own sheets and towels which we did not see mentioned in the original listing. Aside from this I highly recommend this home."

"This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back."

"Drove by this place so many times, always wanted to try it …..I’m very glad I did . Great hosts, the place is spotless, beautiful grounds, nearby to so much in the Mt. Washington Valley….Great breakfast in the morning, coffee, cereal, waffles, muffins!
