"The apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake. "This place is truly an oasis in a beautiful part of the world. The furnishings and kitchen are contemporary and beautifully chosen. The view of the Rappahannock River is magnificent and there's even an osprey nest with ospreys that use it. The bathroom is gorgeous too. The hosts are welcoming and you are greeted with wine, cheese and crackers. I wish we lived closer so that we could stay there more often. Nearby Urbanna is also a great place to eat, take a boat ride, and enjoy the quaint town. "

"The stay was for our 50 Anniversary not for a 90 minute presentation. I should have look at the fine print did not sign up for presentation. Disappointed in that part of the trip but the staff was wonderful. Please tell customers in advance about this."

"We arrived to find a luxurious apartment that had welcome notes on the fridge and notepad, a bowl on the table filled with snacks, complimentary dish soap, laundry soap, grocery cooler bag, and bathroom toiletries. The pool is beautiful! Beyond our expectations! Nicest place we have ever stayed. Great to come back after long days of activities and enjoy a full kitchen to make a meal in the air conditioning. We will be back to Williamsburg because we loved this place so much, everyone here is so...

"The description of the property does no justice once you arrive. It’s very quiet, as clean as can be, and everything that is listed is correct. There is now a beautiful new pier in the back yard for easy launching of the kayaks, which the kids enjoyed every afternoon. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"
