"Eric at Grand Harbor Apartments is an amazing host. We stayed here 3 nights 4 days and we were in town during one of the worst storms of the season. Just as the storm ended, I hear a knock on the door and Eric had come to check on us to make sure we weathered the storm okay. "The Lighthouse Retreat was very clean on the surfaces. The floor on the other hand was vacuumed, but in need of mopping, and is uneven, but we got used to that understanding that this is a very old home split into several rentals.The painted walls were cheerful, the furniture was adequate but old. There are two beds (one queen, one full) in a very small bedroom which is a real tight squeeze!The queen looked sunken in the middle so we chose the full which we haven’t slept in a full for 40...

"This 3rd floor room was not correctly represented. Nothing said abt 3rd floor. Staircase to rm 5 very steep with no workable lighting. There were lights but inoperable. Obviously not completely inspected. A/c worked but inefficient. Not a choice for most people . Extremely bad for elderly. Kitchen primitive. Wifi ok. Low oh clearence. Clean bath, frig effective, no k cups. Not a pleasant experience. Access shud have been revealed. "
