“Everything was very good. The only thing i wish is to have the breakfast, that os 6-9, go a little later in the morning. I enjoyed having a clean comfortable room during my stay. ”

“The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member……

“Breakfast was good. Lots of opens. Pool and hot tub were nice but fluctuating temperatures. Screws were falling out of our doors. The bathroom was not cleaned nor were the windows. The carpet was coming up. Our room smelled like it was previously smoked in and not cleaned right. The AC and heat vent smelled very weird and gross when turned on. Staff was very nice and attentive. ”

“The staff is awesome but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The first room we were given smelled horrible!!! We had to request another room. The 2nd room we were given was much better but was considered an “upgrade” according to the front desk. The beds are very comfortable but the hotel itself is extremely run down and dingy. We will not stay here again.”

“Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning worked well.”

“There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. ”

“The room was great kids loved the pool and hot tub. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. I come here every year to see my son and spend a week or two here. Never have any problems. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the place. Absolutely fantastic stay. Great amenities. Lots of room. Great kitchen setup with everything you might need. Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch.
