“The thing that stood out the most was how incredibly quiet
everything seemed. No doors slamming, nobody talking in the halls outside your room, no toilets flushing in the room above, no TV's blaring in the room next door. It all made for a very relaxing stay. I realize this type of construction does not come cheap, and the rates reflect that fact, but it is well worth the expense.”

“I came here to visit the universities, and the hotel forgot to clean my room. I mentioned around noon that they should clean it before my second tour, which was at 5:00 PM, but they still didn’t do it. I was very frustrated; the customer service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful when it came to assisting customers. The supervisor was unable to resolve anything, and the manager was completely absent. I do not recommend this hotel.”

“At check in, the lady was not very nice. She did not give us a welcome bag (like I saw other people receive), and she even forgot to give us our keys! She also did not mention the happy hour that the hotel has in the afternoon Monday-Thursday. Thankfully we were down at the pool and found out from another guest. Front desk definitely needs to be more informative and friendly.
Upon arriving to out room, the toilet had issues flushing. That was fixed quickly. However, the bathroom sink did not...

"Fatal desde antes de llegar porque supuestamente me cancelaron la reserva el mismo hotel , el día que llegue y después de haber hablado par de veces con el servicio de expedía aún así me cobraron un día en vez de todos los días de mi reserva , al día siguiente me bloquearon la tarjeta de la habitación xq obviamente me faltaba pagar el resto que no me cobraron nada más llegar y mala atención en recepción "
