Rest and Relaxation

Two Bedroom, One bathroom, sleep 7-9. It has a TV and a few local stations, DVD player, radio, and walk around porch or sipping an evening drink, or eating area for the kids. There is a small grill and outdoor seating. It is very quite and peaceful here. There are several hiking trails, camping, fishing, kayaking, mud bogs, blessing of the jeeps, blessing of the bikes, and a local favorite the Mesick mushroom festival. There is plenty of space for all the toys, this area is the perfect get away!

The place I had rented wasn’t available cause the other people added more days to their stay. Host put us in another place, but it was further away. Didn’t have washer and dryer, grill was missing half of the grate, shower handle was broken. Even as I was told it was an upgrade to a 3 bedroom 3rd bedroom didn’t have mattress. The yard looked as if it hadn’t been mowed in weeks even they had just mowed, but didn’t trim. Can’t really say what the other place looked like in person, but from pictures it looked a lot nicer.
Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2025
