Driving into the hotel was quite dark and the main entrance was not lit up. Parking was difficult to find and no signs for disabled parking visible. The room on entry had a bad odour. This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful house. There is everything you could ever need here. We feel so safe and comfortable. The host's Mum Diana is such a lovely lady who is so thoughtful! It was a perfect 3 day family break where ages range from 6 to 85!
