“The house looks unkept and quite dusty. The kitchen sink has a broken piece that looks like the repair job was a cheap one. It makes it look dirty. One of the overhead light in the kitchen kept on flickering so it was quite annoying since we spent a lot of time in the kitchen. One of the side lamp in the front bedroom was also flickering. It was impossible to read in bed. The bathroom upstairs was very dark. The hallway light was missing a couple of bulbs.
