“The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable”

“This place is a super nice, clean and spacious. We bought our own toilet paper and trash bags from home which were a huge advantage. I would stop on the way there and get ice and some food, because once you get there, no place to buy anything. There was only two places to eat in walking distance because the other hotels are inclusive only. The beach was amazing and beautiful but no waves for kids. The pool was super clean and quite. Great place for a relaxing family vacation. I would stay away……

“Fantastic condo! We had a great time. Everything was fantastic. Gretchen and Liz went above and beyond to make our vacation super wonderful! Do check for Sargassum reports.(Mother Nature can’t be controlled). Another bar was in place of TOC, but was still wonderful. Security was absolutely fantastic. I can’t rave enough about it! Do eat at Castaways… it’s across the street from condo. Food was amazing!”

“The property was as described on the listing. The view was amazing and the rooms were spacious. Everything you need is here or nearby. We had plenty of food and local shop options near us, so getting things was easy. The only downfall was a washing machine that didn't work properly, and the flooded streets. This made it impossible to walk along the streets. Overall it's an amazing property.”

“We have been to the DR many times and our stay in this condo was our favorite by far. The view from the large balcony is stunning. The unit itself is well appointed with everything we needed. Kevin and Hector were extremely responsive both pre-visit and during our stay. We highly recommend taking advantage of the golf cart. It's invaluable to run back and forth to restaurants and shops. The beach area is absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed our morning runs around the marina, looking at the……
