“Nicely designed hotel. Comfy bed and spacious room. ”

“Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. ”

“Beautiful hotel and very nice bathroom, bed was comfortable. Quiet environment and around 20 mins walk to city centre. Only thing is we have big luggage but there is no lift.”

“Overall good stay; I ticked the box at reception for the daily cleaning; later found out that the cleaner took our hand-cleaning soap and not replaced by another one. This led to a bit of inconvenience. As there was only another night stay after that, I didn’t report to anyone.”

“這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和 素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。”

“We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary trp. Staff were so lovely and really made us feel welcome. The bed however, was so uncomfy. It was a king room but the beds were two beds pushed together and there was a ridge down the middle which made it very uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep as we kept waking up. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Close enough to the centre but also far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Thank you to the lovely staff……
