“We actually were moved from this location due to the AC not working. We did arrive and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, We were moved to The Brownstone in Eureka Springs. It was a beautiful room with a bathroom. It was directly across from the train which was our view. It offered a community kitchen parlor but no grill. Being on a budget, we took all our meat, veggies, cheese, etc, however to carry our food to top floor to use the kitchen wasn’t our cup of tea. We ended up eating our……

“Penny’s place was very cute. Had everything you could need. Lots of extra towels and rags. Appreciated it having a blow dryer as I forgot mine. Kitchen is very nice. Full size fridge. Is about 15 mins to downtown Eureka. 1 hour to Branson. Had a few games under tv stand. Moved TV from living room into bedroom, as there’s not really a couch or place for two to sit comfortably in the living room. My only complaint (and it’s a pretty big one) is if you are a light sleeper like I am, I would not……

“It was such a great stay for our family of 6. Everyone that wanted had their own room with extra rooms and beds to spare. The Blackstone was a great surprise on the back deck. Such a great stay! Host was highly responsive when needed, but everything had been thought of, so didn’t need to reach out, really! Would book again!”

“We set this up for our adult children to stay nearby for Memorial Day. The house is really cute and the kitchen and living areas are large enough to have a comfortable family gathering. “The property was bigger and better than i expected. It was clean inside and out. Being so far from home (Minnesota) the cameras made me feel safe, even though you could tell the neighborhood was perfectly safe already. The hosts thought of everything and their guide book to the area was extremely helpful. We will be back to do more waterfall chasing and would absolutely stay here again! ”
