You'll love grilling in the lush yard and the 6-min walk to the beach and nearby AMI trolley stop, a Publix supermarket is a couple of streets over. The home is perfect for families, couples, 1x50Lb pet (fee), and working remotely. Parking is available for 2 vehicles plus toys.
