“This was one of the most charming and welcoming bed and breakfasts we have stayed at. The Innkeepers really go out of their way with the little touches to make you feel welcome and at home. Not to mention the house itself is absolutely beautiful. Check in was very easy. They send you detailed communications with everything you need to know for your stay. They're also available if you should need anything while you're there. Plus the House's location is perfect for exploring the Canandaigua area....

“If i had a complaint about my stay it would be the lack of control over my room temperature. I really like a cool room for sleeping and the room got very stuffy in the night. I also did not like the fact that breakfast was at 9 am no choice for earlier. On the good side the one breakfast i was there for was delicious and the couple running the B&B were great and overall a very nice stay. My " complaints " are more just suggestions for things to improve the stay. ”

“Loved it here! Valerie & Jason were wonderful hosts - so welcoming and relaxed. Breakfasts were delicious and winding down at the end of the day with a glass of wine was so nice in the comfy lounge/dining area. We really enjoyed meeting them and their home was beautiful inside and out. Modern amenities blended with classic features made it very comfortable for our three night stay. Thanks for having us!”

“Our stay at Waters Edge in the Seneca Room was a 5 star experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The unobstructed view of the lake is the best part. A close second is the breakfast. There were several options on the menu we could choose from on the night before. It’s a beautiful, serene place tucked away off the main road but just minutes from the downtown restaurants. Two thumbs up to Karen and her husband for curating the perfect place. We would highly recommend staying here.”
