They offer you water and pop which they had in a refrigerator in the hallway along with coffee, tea, and a breakfast in the morning. That was fantastic. Also, in your room they had snacks if you were interested great job by these folks will definitely be going there again my wife and me enjoyed ourselves.

This was our second time staying at RIT - we definitely preferred the executive room we had last time it was more updated and seemed cleaner (mostly just the tub had a bunch of grime and possibly black mold in the grout the rest of the room was ok just dated and still carpeted. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was easy. Kids were disappointed not to get to swim before we left as we didn't check pool hours for weekdays and the pool didn't open until 3pm. All in all though the hotel is in a nice, quiet area, rooms are spacious and a good distance from what we were doing so it is a top choice for our family to stay

The property is in very good shape and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I left a hat in my room and I was able to retrieve it a week later. Breakfast is not stellar but OK.
