the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

The staff was so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable. Our lodging was perfect with so many amenities including blender, toaster, refrigerator, utensils and hot plate. They even had darts and pingpong next to the pool. The food was Delicious and the chefs were so accomodating. We loved every minute of our stay. It was easy to get to Big Rock Falls which was our favorite!

We were the only guests on the property which we found to be odd. You couldn’t eat outside or sit on the beach because of the insects. On the positive side, the staff was outstanding, and tended to our every need. The snorkeling was spectacular and the best we’ve ever experienced. Our guide and captain the best.

"The rooms are modern with TV, fridge and coffee maker with capsule provided. Very spacious bathroom with big walk-in shower. Cold AC and ceiling fan in each room. Expansive your own outdoor patio. "We rented a home that was managed by the Lodge atjaguar reef with access to all of the facilities and amenities at the Lodge. The home was spacious and comfortable. The lodge staff was very much available and accommodating. I’d stay again and recommend it."
