“Merrybrook Farm was a perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family! Lots of great seating areas and fire pits and plenty of games and activities in beautiful setting on the pond. The house is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The owners were great to work with, thoughtful, and very responsive. So glad we found this gem. Would highly recommend this listing!!!”

“The home was beautiful! We were in town for my father in law's memorial service and needed a place for the siblings and a gathering place for family. Frank's property was PERFECT. We were able to receive and entertain family and guests comfortably. Every utensil I needed to cook was there. The backyard was perfect for the little ones to play and tire themselves out.
