"I rented out the house for my husband and a bunch of his friends for a guys' weekend, and they had a blast! From what they all told me, the house and the grounds were immaculate and just as described. There were some broken arcade games, but sounds like the owner is taking care of that. The views were spectacular and they ended up spending almost the entire weekend at the house and pool!! The owners were also very communicative and accommodating on letting us have an outdoor mobile hibachi set up in the back yard! I would definitely book this stay again for a large group of people. Thank you!"

"If you’re hesitant to book the listing, don’t be! What an amazing home with gorgeous views and an incredible pool! My family of 6 and I stayed here for 4 nights to go to comic con and it was less than 30 minutes from the convention center same for seaworld. There were some very minor things like the kitchen faucet being a little loose or the ants and spiders in the yard but a quick spray and they were taken care of. Nothing to worry about just wanted to mention as we have a toddler and she would’ve found them if we didn’t first lol we hope to stay here again! Charles and Leigh super responsive as well btw! 5 stars"
"We had a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner provided plenty of towels, k-cups, and many other little conveniences. The home had a high chair and pack and play for our youngest family member. The pool was enjoyed daily by everyone. The home was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!"

"Our family of 13 total enjoyed our stay at the home on Prescott in El Cajon. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was exactly as listed. Lots of restaurants and a park for kids nearby. We would recommend this VRBO to large families. "
"Great experience. I use to do a lot of RV camping so I was used to this sort setup. The small RV was very tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Communication with host was quick and responsive. Atalanta was amazing. Thank you."
"The outside of this property is in desperate need of an update. I was really nervous until I opened my door. Beautiful new flooring, brand new mattress and counters. Large spacious room.
You have to check in at Clarion Pointe which is on other side of parking lot. Breakfast is served at Clarion Pointe as well. Staff is incredible and kind."

"We rented this home to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college in San Diego. The accommodations were suitable for 10 of us. The house was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable and some of the finnishes in the home were low grade. The placement of sleeping quarters was a little unorthodox. The kitchen was so so not a lot of tools to work with, but that was ok for us. There is no yard or a place to barbecue or for kids to play. But again, that was okay with us. There is plenty of parking. The real gem of this house is the owner. He was super accommodating and attentive. You could tell that he wanted us to have a great stay. And overall, we did. Would definitely recommend this space for a family that basically needs a place to stay while they are in the area. 4 overall experience, I gave 5 stars.."
