"The home is not clean, with cockroaches in the house, only a couple of plates and cups, and no silverware. The home is in a bad neighborhood, we heard multiple gunshots and screaming outside in the neighborhood. We ended up leaving the 2nd day and found a much better home. The owner has refused to refund and has not communicated with us."

"The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. The furniture in the house is worn and stained but I do get it is a rental but it could use some updating as can the overhead...

"Our two week stay was excellent. Staff is very friendly. 2 queen bed suite, with livingroom & kitchenette was perfect for 4 of us. An occasional daily visits from my son and his family of 4 worked very well. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Pool was fun. Breakfast was good. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay Homewood Suites. "
