"Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "The apt is nice. But there was some roaches , a bit dirty. Oven still got aluminum and leftover crumbs stove didnt turn on. No microwave and fridge would open on its own making beverages warm. No toiletries.. But other than that, i crashed on couch due to tv and roaches , it was ok to sleep. "
