Property itself is good, ridiculously expensive considering there is no breakfast, pool, etc. Parking is a nightmare, 3 cars can park out front while checking in, if that is full there is nowhere to go. And the streets around the hotel were blocked off for an evening market. Parking garage is down the street a bit, not even sure if you can get into the hotel from it. There are homeless people everywhere, during the day wasn't to bad but as soon as it gets dark they are everywhere.

My husband and I had an excellent 3 night stay here! As expected, it was in a gorgeous location, right on the ocean, with multiple ocean views from the property, beach access very close by, and easy access to the Pacific Coast Trail. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our forest view room was beautifully laid out, clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds; the bathroom was amazing too! We only dined at one of the restaurants on site, but it was reasonably-priced and had tasty food. Outdoor hot tubs and pool were great, also with incredible views of the ocean. The deck off of our room unfortunately wasn't private, as when sitting out on it, neighboring guests might be sitting out on their decks too, and you're all able to see each other. A minor downside though to an otherwise incredible stay!

Perfect ocean view with sunset, beach right in front of you, easy to just walk right on to it.
