"This hotel has been one of the best we’re I’ve stayed. The people and their service was excellent, everyone was so kind and attentive and really gives that extra mile. The facilities were amazing, the food was out of this world. I will definitely come back and it’s 100% recommended "

"The location was close to airport, the wall and the staff was nice. The room was very basic and bathroom was small (like cruise cabin small). The view from the roooftop bar was nice. Love the pool on the rooftop and was nice vibe. It was kid friendly and there was a nice reasonable priced gift shop to grab a quick souvenir. They also had someone posted if you wanted to do tours. The beach you would have to possibly get an uber too, but it was down the street from the Cartagena sign. Loved front desk ppl and the housekeeping was also really nice they would speak when you walked pass them. Breakfast had someone making fresh omelette."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel this year one week each time. The hotel is a great location 10 minutes from the historic center… the staff is really incredible!! You can sense that the people are happy working here and are very proud of what they do. Gabriela at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming… Clara and Shirley and Yulieta in the restaurant are equally very attentive to every guest and everyone makes an attempt to learn your name, which is nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent and Andrea makes a wonderful omelette. Five stars."

"Our first family vacation after having our first baby was a success here at Dreams in Cartagena. The service was the best part of it all. All staff was very friendly. The premier lounge and spa teams were the most helpful for us. The premier lounge team was always there to assist with our needs. The spa team made some wonderful exceptions for my wife and I to enjoy their services, regardless of having the baby with us. "

"I absolutely loved staying here. The hotel and its amenities are soo pretty. The food is amazing at the restaurant. 1 block away is the pretty block with the umbrellas. Most restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk. Staff is so friendly here. This was a 10x better stay than when i stayed at the hilton by the lake. I would stay here everytime i go to cartagena."
