"Very luxury feel on the boat. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great food options and they catered very well for dietary requirements. Only negative was that the evening canapés/drinks on the top deck felt a little tacky and slightly like a school disco at times, and the canapés were not great (half a grape on a slice of stale baguette)."

And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! "The stay was absolutely pleasant. The room was very big and spacious, very clean and well prepared. The staff were also amazing. My children did not like the food on the menu and staff went the extra mile and made them what they wanted. "

"We had room 1602 in the middle building...it has to have the best view from a hotel suite on the planet. The hotel buildings are right on the beach and there is a nice (easy) walk around the cliffs to the town. The waterfront area of the town is currently (2025) a huge land reclaiming building site. We took a day cruise to Bright Cave and rented a motor scooter for a day to explore the island, all great fun. Our stay coincided with a national holiday so the place was really busy over the weekend and struggling to keep up with demand at breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, the place was pretty relaxed and overall the service excellent."

"Vi researchade otroligt mycket bland alla val av kryssningsbåtar i Ha long bay, Lan ha bay och Bai tu long bay innan vi till slut landade i att boka Erina Cruises i Lan ha bay 2 nätter/3 dagar. Vi är otroligt nöjda med valet då båten var fräsch och fin, superfint rum med bekväm säng, otroligt trevlig personal, bra uppstyrt vid aktiviteter och härlig stämning. Poolen vid den ljuvlig takbaren är ett stort plus. Bästa Gin tog hand om oss och vi har så nöjda! Vi rekommderar Erina Cruises :)"
