“Staff sometimes is missing from the main area or the lobby and you have to hunt them down, but this is an incredibly clean - incredibly well put together hotel. Anytime we go to Jackson, we pick this place. It's the best one in town.”

“The hotel was really nice. I really liked the pool and hot tub. The pool could have been a little warm and for the price a free breakfast would have been an added bonus. My only disappointment I had was when I asked the staff if I could have late check out. He said they only give late check out to their high end exclusive members. It made me feel like the average person doesn’t matter to them.”

“Overall, we did had a good stay. We did have one issue--the pullout couch's mattress cover had blood on it and another "mystery" stain--but the front desk gave us a new cover. Also, some minor repairs/touchups need to be done in the bathroom, but nothing critical. The other areas of the room were clean and general well maintained. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
