“This stay was as advertised. Our group rented 2 of 3 bunkies on the property and had no issues. We didn’t explore the property very much as we spent our days at nearby beaches. I didn’t clue in that it was a shared, stand alone bathroom/shower central to the 3 bunkies (I thought they were attached and private) but likely I didn’t read thoroughly enough. Host was friendly, responsive, and had more amenities available than expected. If the forecast calls for hot weather, be sure to bring fans!”

“The outdoor experience was fantastic. The cabin is very charming and the sleeping accommodations in the loft are comfortable. A few recommendations: bring a big cooler because the fridge is very small and it takes a long time to get cold. Think about things that don’t require electricity or that can easily cook on the BBQ. The cabin has a small power bank, but it runs out of power very quickly. We tried making espresso using a small electric coffee machine, and it just drained the power bank……

“We had a fantastic stay at this cottage in Turkey Point. The inside has been beautifully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The views of the lake were beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the beach, shops, and the surrounding area without needing to drive. The exterior is a little more dated than the inside, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. The host was amazing—friendly,……

“Our stay at the Copper Flat was definitely a great experience! The apartment was very clean and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. All the rooms were tastefully decorated and the bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy. The apartment is not overly large but accommodated the four of us quite well. We were fortunate to meet our host Megan and she was very pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend staying at the Copper Flat and enjoying a truly unique and……

“I stayed at this property (a ground floor room) for two nights in July 2026. The first night was fine. On the second night, the host returned back to the house at 2.30am and shortly afterwards the front doorbell rang and she let someone else in. From then until 5.30am, the talking and loud noises coming from directly above my room kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite at one stage asking the host politely to keep the noise down. This was very inconsiderate as she knew she had a paying……

“The host was very pleasant and quick to respond to our questions. The cottage was very clean. We have a very large dog and she was welcomed without any issue . Turkey Point is 2 hours from Brampton so not a problem getting there. The view from our sitting room was absolutely beach inviting. We could almost throw a stick from the front door to the water for the dog, you could not ask for anything better.. Listen to the waves when you sleep, I was born in NFLD so the waves were my lullaby. ……

“The house met our needs in that there was lots of room, and the air conditioning was very good. But the kitchen was frustrating as there were insufficient dishes (we were six adults and there was a maximum of seven of each item) which meant endless washing of dishes - we had to go out to buy dish detergent as well. The dining room was useful only as a storage area as the table was too small to use for meals. There were repairs which had not been addressed in the bathrooms, which was annoying.……
