“check in at 4pm is too late, check out 11am, only stayed one night, did not have time to use amenities”

“We were checking in late past the time of staff being there they had us all set up and ready to go with just a phone call to get all of our information. The staff on the phone was very helpful.The room was cute and cosy very clean. We had coffee and breakfast at the Kent lounge both mornings it was delicious. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.”

“The space of the guest room is big enough and is quite clean. I like the view from the balcony of my room which I can see the canal and a nice sky view.”

“We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room.”

“Check-in and out was effortless. Room, lobby and hallway was clean. Staff friendly and nice. Great location and easy to find. Most NOTL accommodations are vastly overpriced for what you get, so it was a refreshing change of pace to find this gem that charged a fair rate.”

“The rooms were renovated (not well but renovated) the pool was not very nice and we had multiple issues with our key cards not working (to the pool and our room)… we had brown water in our tub, called for assistance and they were quick and very friendly. All staff were great!”

“The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member.”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”
