“We rented this house for a girls weekend, it was the perfect amount of space for three of us. The house is very modern, styled well and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch, games at the table and chats in the living room. The A/C worked well which is very important for Charleston weather. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants with a short drive downtown or to the beach. Our hosts were very prompt with communication which made the experience even better. Would……

“We stayed at the Bird House 3 nights after a full week on Folly Beach to extend our trip and explore Charleston more. The rental was exactly as described and we loved the vibe of the outdoor tree lined, bird and nature “sanctuary”. Two teens, two adults and our dog stayed and we did utilize the back porch sleeping arrangement for our son. He liked having the space to himself at night and it was a cool area for all of us to hang out. As described, the porch is the living room for this rental and……

“The house was clean, well equipped with necessities, and a great location for a great price. Everything was updated. The only complaint would be that the overhead fans did not work in two of the bedrooms and the shower head was too big for the shower stall, but don’t let that discourage from renting this house. It was great and we would definitely rent this house again. ”

“Our stay was fine. The room as clean except for the floor which looked like they mopped without sweeping first. The room was fine other than the springs under the mattress that made a very loud noise if you moved the wrong way or got out of that side of the bed. But it was cleaner than some other rooms Ive stayed at. ”
