The front desk I spoke over the phone and the one who entertained me during check in was very polite, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was great especially walking distance to all the nice locations in the area. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. "This is a great hotel located in the heart of Kihei. We always stay here to add 1-2 nights to our vacation. The best part of this hotel is the pool area - there’s a lap pool and leisure pool, plus 3 hot tubs. The pool grill and bar is also very nice. Hotel is across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Bicycle rental onsite."

"The room was filthy dirty, infested in roaches. The sink to one of the bathrooms wouldn’t drain, urine stains were all over the pocket doors to the restrooms. All pillows were yellow and stained. The management just dropped off a Ross bag with new linens after we called to complain. No other solution was offered, all they suggested was that we would cancel our stay and rent elsewhere. Not a real solution on such short notice for a family of 6. This hotel has privately owned and managed units...
