This suite is a colorful two-bedroom with a comfy king and queen bed. We rented it specifically for the kitchen which worked well for our needs. There is a Publix just down the road, too. Its location is decent, near the airport and Cow Key and about 20 minutes from Fort Zachary Taylor. Parking is free with the provided slip, though much of the rest of the island is paid parking at $5 per hour (a bike or motorized scooter would be ideal because you can find free parking in most places). It was clean and comfortable, and all the appliances worked, though the main TV didn't want to connect to the Internet. The kitchenware was nice enough, but the pans were a little scratched up. Overall, it was what we were looking for, and I'd be happy renting it again.

Clean. Love the way it is decorated and the new appliances. Plenty of plates, cooking utensils. We had a great time! Used Uber to get downtown and it was quick and reasonable

this is a very roomy condo, the beds are very comfy! You can tell nothing has been done to it in awhile as a previous person noted the cracked tile in the kitchen. There are other cosmetic things that need some work as well. We really enjoyed our stay, it's far enough away from the night life. We ran into problems when we tried communicating with the propery manager, would be days or no response at all.

Condo was nice but the kitchen floor tiles were cracked and my husband cut his foot. Needs to be replaced soon. The hot tub does not work. The women’s bathrooms in pool area were locked. The washing machine does not work and I lost my money. Called service and was told the person that takes care of was in a meeting and would check it out after. But I went back to the laundry and the error codes were still on the machine!

Great time!
This was our first time staying in Key West and it was amazing. Familiar with Vacasa rentals and this was a great one! I will try to note on the important things. Parking was easy, the whole time. We stayed 4 days. Plenty of towels, dishes, supplies. Also the pool was great and wildlife everywhere!! Really cool. Kids loved it. The best thing for me was this particular unit has no wall neighbors so it was completely quiet. Only above and below you but no side neighbors. This is an end of the building unit so you have a private balcony also. You can’t see your car from the balcony but you can see the mangroves. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I read in some previous reviews about the airport being so close and it is. But it wasn’t bothersome at all. No planes were taking off at odd hours and honestly it was pretty cool to see a few planes taking off from our balcony so close. You’ve got to check out the pond with all the turtles if you stay ... really cool. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Getaway for my adult grandson
We arrived at our Condon. Which was immaculate. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and big with a big walking closet in the master ,which allowed us to store our suitcases and cooler. We rented a golf cart to get sound. This location was perfect. Would definitely come again.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. This is a few miles from the downtown area but it was very nice and really close to the water. We had a lot of fun exploring! It has a nice outdoor pool area. We would all stay there again!

The property was clean and well kept. There is really nothing to do in the complex. Pool was nice. This unit is right next to the airport so there was a lot of noise. I like having restaurant and bar within walking distance but not available here. No laundry.

Atrocious and no hot water
This property is terribly maintained! There wasn’t hot water in either shower. There were stains all over the coaches. Almost all of the linens had stains and I’m not sure whether they were changed between guests. There were feces track stains in one of the toilets! And there was hair in one of the bathtubs. Dust everywhere aggravating my allergies. This leads me to question whether this property was cleaned between guests.
