“Even though I asked not to, they gave me a handicap room. The window blind was broken, the office chair was broken. I will try other properties next time. I felt like the folks who work here don’t have any say in the issues that this property have. ”

“Ken and Suzanne are wonderful hosts. Their home sits nestled in a quiet, small community of condos right next door to the resort. The location is amazing, and the home itself is clean, cozy, and perfect for a family of 5-6 people. The bunk room upstairs is perfect for the kids/teens. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, so you can cook if needed. There were a couple of times I had to reach out to the owners for things, and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Would highly recommend……

“The cabin itself is charming and the view is fantastic—we really wanted to love this spot. However, the experience felt much rougher than the listing implies, and several basic amenities were missing or misleading. Water: The listing promises a 'water dispenser,' but we only found a 5-gallon open jug with no lid or pump. It was difficult to use and hard to determine the source of the water. Comfort: The fold-out futons were incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to get sleep. Cleanliness:……
