"The updating in the house was great. We commented on how well the updates had been done and how clean the house was. The owners were very friendly and supplied very quick and complete support. A nice surprise was a fresh loaf of banana bread the owner had supplied. The four spacious bedrooms had large beds. The downstairs has an open layout that worked great for our group gatherings. There was a little road noise from route 236, but it did not impact our stay. The location worked...

"This destination was quite a treat. The house was beautiful and well kept. The location couldn’t have been any better from the Whittemore center at UNH. There are gas stations and grocery stores nearby along with some cool fishing spots. David was a great responsive host. I would book this place again! (I probably will)"

"We enjoyed a wonderful four day stay at Emery Farm House with our children. David was easy to communicate with from the start and greeted us upon our arrival to show us around. During our stay we enjoyed recreating on the trampoline, using the ping pong table, playing chess, cooking in the fabulous kitchen, visiting the farm stand daily, and just relaxing. The house is close to many attractions: downtown Portsmouth, Water Country, Ogunquit and Kittery, ME."
