The miscommunication between staff, the failure to inform us that we would need to move to another room, the disrespect, and the violation of our privacy made this stay so stressful and toxic that we decided to end our trip early."

Staff is not very friendly - we have stayed at Milestone Ogunquit a few times before and the staff is never friendly or helpful but the rates are decent and we know not to ask for anything above what they provide because they will not help you or provide you with any kind of courtesy or support."
