“Check-in is late - at 4pm - all of the shops in the area are closed by the time you are settled. Opportunistically, you are charged an extra $25 for an earlier check-in - something most other hotels do as a courtesy. The rooms are small and dark and overlook a parking lot. There is very loud construction in the parking lot. The room was unclean. Parking was an extra $35. Very disappointing stay with my daughter after expecting a lovely experience. Fell far short.”
“Positives: comfy memory foam bed, clean space, nice location. The rooms are in a converted historic building, and while many interior features are attractive, the project seems very rushed, and a lot of important items are missing or poorly done (especially to be a four star as they claim)
Most importantly, the AI model is a hellish experience. The communications pretend to come from a real person but are coming from a computer. The AI ("concierge") will waste 30 minutes of your time going……
“We had a really nice stay at the Grasshopper. It's centrally located on Main street in Qgunquit, and couldn't be nicer. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the whole property. We enjoyed the included breakfast each morning, the all day coffee bar, and the free bottles of water in the room fridge. We loved having an assigned parking spot right next to the room included in the price (parking in Ogunquit is not easy or cheap). The Inn is close enough to walk to Main beach and all of the……
