"Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein Teamevent genutzt. Das Haus ist gut Ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort haben uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Gastroküche war für die Selbstversorgung einfach ein Traum! Sie ist komplett mit Profimaterial ausgestattet. Danke für die schöne Location, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Ambiente war gut, Zimmer ok aber Ferneher funbktionierte nicht. Unterbringung im Dachgeschoß bei fast leerem Hotel war nicht optimal. Kein Aufzug, aber historisches Gebäude. Restaurant: kleine Karte, ok, aber überteuerte Preise. Frühstück nicht überzeugend. Wir werden nicht wieder dort übernachten."

"Bei der Ankuft im Haus stank es fürchterlich nach vermoderter Luft, erst einmal ordentlich gelüftet, leider keine verbesserung. Wäschepaket war mitgebucht, leider mussten wir 4 Handtuchpakete zu völlig überteuerten Konditionen dazubuchen, eine frechheit, zwei Handtücher pro Paket anzubieten. Das Mobiliar war das allerletzte, solch eine Bruchbude für so viel Geld ist schon sehr unverschämt. Als 'Boxspringbetten' angepriesene Schlafmöglichkeiten waren nicht den Namen als Bett wert. "This hotel is a large standard hotel in a fabulous position to explore Monschau and the surrounding area. Car park is a huge bonus. Our room was on the 5th floor. A reasonable size, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would return if in the area."
