"We've enjoyed our stay except for the nasty moisture smell in the cottage,worse in the dishwasher. Also the fact that we had to unpack the car from the parking lot and walk up the hill with our luggage, not easy for seniors. The good side was the view and the accommodation."

"Of all the many stays I've ever done, Lynn has been the best host yet. We brought our Student Association team out to her country house for a weekend trip and had an amazing time bonding as a team. Lynn provided everything you could think you would need, the location is amazing (lake, campfires, drinking water), and she was super responsive both over VRBO and in-person. "We enjoyed our stay, chalet was clean, easy to find and in a beautiful spot. Quiet and private. The wood stove was a treat along with the hot tub after a day on the trails. Close to the chalet there are beautiful cross country ski trails and snowshoeing trails. The town is well stocked for groceries and any other forgotten items. There is an EV charger available in town as well. "

"Overall we were disappointed with our stay. The cottage itself needs maintenance...the dishwasher was broken for our whole stay. The bath tubs dont drain well, there are stains in the carpet, and cigarette butts in several ash trays around the deck. The listing shows a picture of a lake beach but access is only allowed for bracelet holders, despite the cottage being just across the street from the lake. The closest water access is a 15 minute drive away in the village of Labelle."
