“Very clean, well stocked, peaceful and decorated very cozy. They thought of everything and the welcome treats of wine and chocolate and salsa was a very nice surprise. Plus fresh farm eggs in the fridge, delicious! There were even cozy his and her bathrobes to use! We will stay here again. One suggestion would be a sound bar to go with the tv since the living room is large. We definitely recommend and the hosts were great. ”

“Along with being a cozy, spotlessly clean cabin, we found the location to be perfect for easy access to an amazing number of Sleeping Bear hiking trails and gorgeous Lake Michigan beaches. In addition, Glen Arbor, Empire, Leland, and Suttons Bay are all nearby and we never tired of the lovely drives around the peninsula. The cabin and furnishings are so comfortable and cooking meals a breeze in the well stocked kitchen. We also made good use of the outdoor fire pit, while enjoying the nighttime...

“If you enjoy nature and privacy, this cabin is perfect. It is true to its description. The cabin backs up right to the Platte river and a large deck to go along with it. Plenty of chairs, outdoor table...The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and the location is close enough to restaurants if you prefer eating out. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Suttons Bay, Traverse city, Glen Arbor....all within easy driving distance. I would highly recommend it. Enjoy!!”
