When we arrived we were hit with a $150 hold for incidentals but were told we could not get a receipt for it or one at checkout. We pay housekeeping fees yet the room instructions state to remove linens and used towels and place them in the tub before leaving. If i wanted to do housekeeping I'd stay ...

Property is unique due to motel-style layout. Appeals to younger crowd who enjoy the lobby bar. First floor rooms could be noisy, especially near entrance to lobby. Not appropriate for people with limited mobility.

Host was very responsive. And when it snowed, they coordinated somebody to come and snowblow the driveway (twice!). Place is very quiet, spacious. Directions for how to use the home was very straightforward! (thermostats, jacuzzi)Great experience!
