"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

"pros: good location house is exactly as seen in photos kitchen is a great size cons: the toilet in the family washroom didn't work so well ( got stuck on flushing ) ice maker on the fridge was not functioning overall it was a good stay I suggest something be done to the back yard to make it feel homey and usable"

"Scott and Frandi made an almost nightmare very easy to manage. After having another host cancel last minute Scott spent hoirs with us on the phone and alone with vrbo. Their place was comfy, had everything we needed and was in a great location. Close to nice quiet beaches and everything youre looking for. Enjoy :)"

"The bungalow was perfect for the 2 of us. It is in a great location. You could walk to Pop’s Sunset grill. Jerry was very nice and helpful. Our flight was canceled and we came in a day late. Jerry was available so we could keep him posted on our travels. It’s very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!"

"What a perfect house for my husband and small dog. It was exactly as pictured except the pictures don't do justice to how nice the fenced in backyard is for a small animal. We had great bikes to ride to beach, a great laundry room, and screened porch. It was a wonderfully quiet location for two old retired people. We have already booked for next year!"
