“I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here next time I require accommodations in Venice. My rating is 12 out of 10, I'm beyond pleased with the experience.”

“We checked in. Went to our room tried to get on and the door would not open. We had our dog with us and we were hot, sweaty and tired. By the look of the hotel, we decided to leave. At the front desk returned the keys and asked for a refund the girl at front desk did the refund. Waiting on the refund on my credit card.”
