"Great view of lake from Oliver’s rooftop. Friendly staff. Exiting parking lot it was not intuitive how to process ticket in order to not be charged (had already paid as part of stay). However, called front desk and they kindly reversed the 2nd charge which was twice as much as hotel rate. "
