"Super friendly staff, perfect location, spacious & comfortable 3-person room. Would definitely stay again!
The gym was small and lacked equipment but didn’t bother us. "
"Amsterdam was amazing—the city is beautiful, and the hotel is in a great central location. We stayed in the Collector Suite, which was stunning and very comfortable.
The only disappointment we had was with the concierge, who wasn’t able to arrange a private vehicle on short notice; we were told they require at least six hours’ notice. We also felt that no one really took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, so we had to figure things out ourselves. The property layout can be a bit confusing, and finding your way to and from the lobby takes some getting used to.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the staff could be a bit more proactive and helpful to make guests feel more supported."

"This is a traditional terraced Amsterdam building, so it's not as wide open as a purpose built hotel.
