“In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. ”
“I was surprised to find we were staying in Student accommodation. Our room was actually 3 separate lockable bedrooms with a shared lounge and kitchen. It was adequate. But sparten. There was wayer damage in the bathroom. And both bathrooms were tiny. There was no facility to store our bags, before check in. And i found the reception very unhelpful as to how to store them while we filled in time. After 36 hours travelling, it was quite stressful. When we did return to check in our room was……
“Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia……
“No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.”
“Extremely clean and comfortable apartment perfect for 2 people. Very well located for Brixton Academy where we were going for a gig also very close to the tube. Shortly arrival we noticed that the fridge wasn’t working but luckily Desmond from maintenance just happened to be in the building visiting another apartment at the time and came to check and got it working for us, he was very helpful and friendly we also received a follow up email from Your Apartment team that evening to check that……

Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need!

“Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.
The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.”
“Bunch of fucking scammers wasting my fucking time and money. They cancelled my reservations last minute so I couldn’t physically cancel it, on top of that they refuse to refund my fucking money. I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them……

“The host NEVER got in contact with me about how to access the property. I even messaged him a day before and didn’t get anything. Check in was at 3pm on arrival day and It was already well past 4pm and I still hadn’t received any information. I messaged the host again and waited a while. At this point I was already at the property. I contacted VRBO support and they even tried contacting the host and never was able to get in touch with them. Therefore, they cancelled our booking and at this point……
“The communication was great. A minor check-in hiccup that was quickly resolved.A clean room in a clean, well-maintained home. Not in the heart of London, but only a 30-45 minute Uber from most everything. Across the street from a bus stop, and only a 15-minute walk from the Tube. Quite convenient for those who are willing to immerse themselves a little!Definitely priced appropriately.”
"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport."
