There was no service on site, we were three people and there were two towels, two mugs. No dishwasher soap, no kitchen towels or napkins. "

"You only get room cleaning on the 5th night. Other than that stay was amazing! Staff was lovely, security was well Implemented. The room was well equipped with a small kitchen, the bathroom was really small but manageable. Grocery located right around the corner and two train stations are located 6 mins walk away. The breakfast was very minimal but provided. "

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

On the day of arrival I had not received check-in information, I messaged to ask for it with no response. I later tried calling the host, no response. My partner and I were then forced to find alternate accommodation...
