“The condo was perfect in all ways: location, supplies and comfort. The host was super helpful and accommodating during the snowstorm to make sure we were able to get in and settled safely. I will definitely be checking availability here the next time I come to town.”

“We had an excellent stay in this condo - central to the places we needed to access, easy to walk to//ride the light rail to get downtown, lots of restaurants, and marvelous open space // trail system that goes for miles along the creekbed nearby. We were hardly there except to sleep, but it was wonderful to come home to! Well stocked with cookware, etc, for our three-week stay!”

“I like this place and the location is perfect, but this particular unit has not been clean enough either time I’ve had it. The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. I wasn’t there much so it was satisfactory for my purposes, but I think that should be addressed. and by the way, I didn’t communicate with the property manager, but it makes me push something and then it doesn’t let me submit……

“Overall very nice stay. Great location, very clean. The only feedback is I would not even mention the gym. I wondered why there were no pictures of the gym. Probably because It is a small hall with 3 pieces of very dated equipment and very hot in there. Otherwise, the unit was perfect for my family's Denver trip.”

“The check-in was rough because the key code device was not working at all; it took a while to get someone on the phone to look into the issue and then give access to the key safe. Otherwise, the stay was fine. The mattress was much more firm than was comfortable for me. The unit was clean, though not particularly well-stocked with things like laundry detergent, etc., which would have helped having stayed during winter weather and needing to wash muddy clothes.”

“This place was dirty. Months of dirt on fixtures. Dust bunnies so big they were crawling out from under the bed. Needs a good finish painter to spruce it up.”

“Weather is always pretty unpredictable in spring time so it snowing for two days put a damper on a few outdoor activities, otherwise the house was in great shape in a great location with great amenities, hot tub worked great, and all the bedrooms were very accommodating! We enjoyed concerts at Red Rocks and a few scenic hikes when it warmed up. Would absolutely book this place again in the future 👍👍”
