“Bed way too hard. No free breakfast and restaurant understaffed.”

“Staff was top-notch and always present. That matters most to me.”

“Awesome and friendly front desk staff. Lot of items in the morning breakfast. We had good experience. Highly recommend others”

“Great hotel, in my opinion I give it a five star level, friendly and helpful front desk, clean room, comfortable bed, free laundry, good breakfast, 5 mins walk to the convention center, 10 mins walk to the 16th street mall, 15 mins walk to the union station! ”
