“unimpressed with the property. My room had a musty smell to it upon arrival. I opened the sliding glass door (restricted opening) and it seemed to get better. The next afternoon after returning to the room, same musty smell. No conditioner in the shower, left a note and a tip, when I got back the tip was gone, and no conditioner refill. Asked for room to be cleaned everyday, policy is every other, only 2 coffee pods in room and obviously not refilled until room serviced 2nd day. I didn't……

“I am so disappointed that I booked through hotels.com and have prepaid the accommodation fees. But the hotel has twice charged me the accommodation fees on my credit card for second time and did not solve the problem. They even provide me a billing details with the charge of credit card. I am confused. I do not believe this hotel and hotels.com. As they did not make me feel comfortable.Bad experience.”
