We reported it in the evening before going out but nothing was done. The bathroom tap was also loose and difficult to use. Finally the lift was out of order when we got back in the evening and was still out of order when we left the next morning. Not great when we were on the fifth of eight floors. No apology or reference made when checking out which is a shame. The hotel itself is very unique and looks really cool, bed was comfortable, but we could hear the lift from our room all the time. Breakfast was really nice and enjoyable, food kept hot in le crueset style pots. Having to pay for bar drinks at reception can be quite annoying, especially when there is long queues. The location is fantastic for going to the 02\.
