Hotel got in touch the day before to make sure I was getting the room I had asked for. Nice touch. Staff were quick and efficient with check in. Room was clean and tidy. Toilet was clean, shower was big and the water was hot with good pressure. All the lights sockets and tv worked. Kettle with the usual coffee and tea making stuff. Hotel was quiet throughout the night and the blackout blinds did the job. Good selection of cooked and continental breakfast options with a decent variety of teas, coffees and juices. Staff were always around, efficient, help and unobtrusive. This hotel is ideal for staying over if you’ve a concert or performance at the O2 or maybe some business nearby. We reported it in the evening before going out but nothing was done. The bathroom tap was also loose and difficult to use. Finally the lift was out of order when we got back in the evening and was still out of order when we left the next morning. Not great when we were on the fifth of eight floors. No apology or reference made when checking out which is a shame.
