“We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. “My teenager and I were in the Auburn area to do some hiking - we arrived after sunset and the host was very hospitable to show us to our lodging and around the property, which included a clean full bathroom and some sports equipment to enjoy with my son. Would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a glamping experience in a beautiful setting! ”
