“The outside of the unit is in need of a lot of work. Dirt , trash cans in front. and dirt in the backyard with dirty cushions for outdoor chairs .fence line sagging.Inside was mostly remodeled and very clean, but kitchen was poorly stocked. Refrigerator not connected to water so no ice. No working coffee maker. just a hot pot. No attempt by owner to bring ice over or replace coffee pot . Didn’t get check-in information until the night before departure making communication a little more……
