“Yes, very clean. The windo shades in the main room did not completely block out the view of the inside...they appear to bed dish towels hung on a curtain rod that would not completely close. Very pet friendly and comfortable for out pet. The TV did not get any TV, it has DVD capablility. Wish there had been a full couch in the living room and a few more hooks to hang clothing. BIG TV with a good picture. The development itself is nice and peaceful, with a small beach. Should note that to access it you walk down a series of stone steps with no handrail. Wasn't a problem for us but could be for those……
